What Knull actually is

The one idea that makes everything else make sense.

Most software waits for you to do something. You open a spreadsheet, you type. You open a design tool, you draw. The tool is a blank room and you do all the work inside it.

Knull is the opposite. It is a business operating system with a brain at the centre. You tell it about your business once, and from then on it works on your behalf — continuously, in the background, whether or not you're logged in. It researches your market, watches your competitors, builds your website, generates your ads, writes your emails, tracks your revenue, and surfaces the handful of decisions that genuinely need a human.

Think of it as a company in a box, where the staff never sleep.

In a normal startup you'd hire a market researcher, a brand designer, a web developer, a performance marketer, a copywriter, a data analyst, and an operations manager. Knull is all of those roles, running as AI agents, coordinated by a central intelligence called the Brain. You are the founder and the final decision-maker. Knull is everyone else.

How to think about it

There are three ideas that, once they click, make the whole platform obvious:

🧠

1. The Brain is always running

You don't have to ask Knull to do things one at a time. The Brain runs on a schedule — every fifteen minutes, every hour, every day — gathering signals about your business and your market. When it finds something worth your attention, it doesn't email you and hope; it places a card in your Decision Inbox. Your job each morning is to open the Inbox and act on what's there.

2. The Decision Inbox is your home base

Everything important flows here. A market shift the Brain detected. An ad that's underperforming. A customer at risk of leaving. A milestone you just hit. Each card explains what happened, why it matters, and gives you buttons that take the action for you. You rarely go hunting through menus — the work comes to you, pre-analysed.

3. You approve; Knull executes

Knull can do a great deal on its own, but you control how much. Cheap, safe, reversible actions (research, drafting) it does automatically. Anything that spends real money or publishes to the public asks for your approval first. You set these boundaries once and adjust them anytime. This is the Authority system, and it's what lets you trust an autonomous tool.

The promise and the difference

Most "AI business tools" are a drawer of disconnected features. Knull is the opposite bet: one platform where every module is a tool the operator can call, and every module's output is the next one's input. You don't assemble a business from parts — you state the outcome and the platform produces it.

KnullComputer is an operator, not a launcher. It never says "go open another module." It calls them as tools and returns results inline. You can stay in one conversation the entire time.

The mental model
Think of KnullComputer as a chief of staff who actually does the work — delegating to specialists (Design, Dev, Marketing, Research), checking their output, and only interrupting you for genuine decisions. The other modules are where you can go to work by hand; you're never required to.

Your first day, in one paragraph

You sign up and answer a few questions about your business. Knull's research agents immediately go to work — within minutes your Decision Inbox starts filling with real findings. You read them, approve the ones that make sense, and Knull starts building: a brand, a website, a set of ads, an email sequence. Over the following days you check the Inbox each morning, approve work, and watch the business take shape. That's the rhythm. Everything below is detail on top of that simple loop.

The one habit that matters
Open your Decision Inbox once a day. That single habit is how you "use Knull." Everything else — the modules, the credits, the settings — exists to support that daily loop.
