Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a Knull account you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Acceptable use

No illegal content, no spam or unsolicited bulk messaging, no scraping of third parties in violation of their terms, no attempts to bypass authority limits or impersonate Knull staff.

3. Payment & credits

Plans bill monthly or annually. Knull Credits (KC) consumed by autonomous actions are non-refundable once spent. Unused subscription time on cancellation is prorated.

4. Refund policy

Subscription refunds within 14 days of first payment, on request, for any reason. Credit top-ups are non-refundable unless unused.

5. Intellectual property

You own all content you create or generate using Knull. We retain ownership of the platform itself and aggregated, anonymised analytics.

6. Marketplace

Listings sold via the Knull Marketplace transfer a non-exclusive licence to install and use the asset within Knull. Payouts to sellers are made monthly via Stripe Connect, minus our platform fee.

7. Service availability

We target 99.9% monthly uptime. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers we depend on.

8. Authority & autonomous actions

Knull executes autonomous actions only within the Authority level you grant per workspace. You are responsible for the Authority settings on your workspace and for the actions agents take under that Authority. Every action is recorded to the immutable audit log.

9. AI output

Outputs are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies. You're responsible for reviewing material decisions — financial, legal, or customer-facing — before they go live.

10. Termination

You may cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with 7 days notice except in cases of fraud or abuse.

11. Warranties & liability

Knull is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you've paid in the preceding 12 months.

12. Disputes

Governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute first goes through good-faith negotiation, then binding arbitration.

13. Changes to these terms

We'll post material changes here and notify account owners by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
