- Engineering
- TypeScript, React, edge runtimes, model orchestration and schema-driven systems. Comfortable shipping product end to end.
- Applied AI
- Tool design, evaluations and autonomous loops with real authority. Cares about correctness and cost as much as capability.
- Design
- Product, brand and motion. Calm, dense, no ornament for its own sake.
- Operator roles
- Growth, content and partnerships. People who would rather operate the system than write decks about it.
02How we work
Four habits.
- Ship into the product
- If it is not running in Knull within the week, it is a hypothesis, not a feature.
- Small team, large surface
- Cross-functional by default. Engineers do product. Designers ship code. Operators write specs.
- Auditable autonomy
- Anything an agent does, a person can read, reverse and explain. The same rule applies to how we work.
- Quiet tooling, ambitious product
- The product is novel; the stack and the process should be calm.
03Plainly
Salary, benefits and location will be published with each role when it opens. We will not list perks before there is a job to attach them to.
