Ad Credits
Ad work managed through KnullMarketing. Your ad spend itself is paid to the ad platform, not to Knull.
- Before it runs
- Work that costs credits shows its cost first. Consequential actions also need your approval unless an Authority rule allows them.
- Failed work
- A run that fails or stalls is settled and its credits are refunded, with a receipt.
- Rollover
- Up to 25% of your monthly allocation rolls into the next cycle. Top-up credits roll under the same 25% cap.
- Welcome bonus
- New free workspaces get 500 KC once. It expires 30 days after sign-up.
- Top-ups
- Buy KC packs any time from this page or Settings. Packs are priced above the Pro and Scale per-credit rate, so upgrading is cheaper if you top up often.
- Running low
- Knull warns you before you run out. You choose whether to top up, upgrade or wait for the next cycle.
- Plan limits
- Businesses, team members, social accounts, managed ad spend and API requests are capped per plan, as listed in the table above.
