- The Brain
- The always-on intelligence at the centre of Knull. Runs on a schedule, gathers signals, explains causes, predicts problems, and fills your Decision Inbox.
- Decision Inbox
- Your home base. A prioritised feed of cards — each explaining what happened, why it matters, and offering buttons that take the action for you.
- Morning Brief
- A daily summary the Brain produces: revenue, pipeline, alerts, health score, and what needs your attention. Delivered in-app and by email if you're away.
- Launchpad / Accelerator
- The two onboarding paths. Launchpad is for new businesses and unlocks in phases. Accelerator is for existing businesses and opens everything immediately.
- Creative DNA
- Your brand's visual and tonal fingerprint, extracted from your website. Knull uses it so everything it makes looks and sounds like you.
- Viability Score
- A 0–100 rating of how promising a new business idea is, based on Knull's research. Used to gate progress in the Launchpad.
- Health Score
- A 0–100 measure of your business's overall condition across revenue, acquisition, product, operations, and intelligence.
- Authority
- The permission system. Sets which actions Knull can do automatically, which need your approval, and which it must never do.
- Approval
- A request Knull queues when it wants to do something above your set limit. Sits in your Inbox with Approve / Reject buttons.
- Skill
- A pre-built, multi-step job in KnullComputer that produces a real deliverable — like a pitch deck or an SEO brief — triggered by a phrase.
- Mission Hub
- A workspace for a big initiative (a launch, a fundraise) that groups all related tasks, files, and intelligence in one place.
- Workflow
- Several skills chained together so the output of one feeds the next — e.g. research → ad creatives → email sequence — run in a single operation.
- KC / DC / AC
- The three credit types: Knull Credits (general AI work), Design Credits (images and video), Ad Credits (real ad spend, passed through at cost).
- Knowledge Graph
- Knull's connected memory of everything it has learned about your business. Makes its answers sharper over time.
- MRR / NRR / LTV:CAC
- Revenue metrics. MRR is monthly recurring revenue. NRR is how much revenue you keep and grow from existing customers. LTV:CAC compares a customer's lifetime value to what they cost to acquire.
