New business — the Launchpad

You have an idea, or even just a hunch. The Launchpad walks you forward in phases, unlocking each part of the platform as you're ready for it.

The onboarding questions

Knull asks five quick things: what you're building, who it's for, what stage you're at, what your main goal is, and your rough monthly marketing budget. Two minutes, no wrong answers.

What happens the moment you submit

Six research agents fire at once. They go and look at real demand signals (what people are searching and saying), your likely competitors, who your ideal customer actually is, how you might position yourself, what pricing makes sense, and — pulling it all together — whether the idea is viable. This takes a few minutes. You watch the progress live, then findings start landing in your Decision Inbox.

The phases

0

Validate

Knull researches and scores your idea's viability (0–100). You review the findings. When viability clears the bar, you advance.
1

Position

Knull's positioning strategist proposes how you should describe yourself and stand apart. You pick a direction and confirm it.
2

Build

Brand kit and landing page get generated in parallel — colours, logo, fonts, voice, and a real deployable website. You approve them.
3

Launch

A campaign strategy plus your first test ad creatives. Optionally launch a small paid test to see if the market responds.
4

Grow

Everything unlocks. The full platform — marketing at scale, CRM, finance, the works — with the Brain running continuously.
Why phases?
A brand-new founder doesn't need a CRM on day one — they need to know if the idea works. Phases hide what you don't need yet and reveal it exactly when you do. Locked modules show a friendly explanation, not an error. You'll never feel lost.

Then: state the outcome and run it

Once you're through the questions, you can drive everything from KnullComputer with a single line of intent. See the first run, choreographed for what the live run actually looks like.
