"I’m starting something new"
You describe the idea in a sentence. Knull seeds a venture and is ready to research, brand, and build from scratch. Continue to New business — Launchpad.
"I already run a business"
You connect what exists — site, store, ad accounts, analytics — and Knull maps your current state before suggesting moves. Continue to Existing business — Accelerator.
What onboarding captures either way
- Business
- Name, what you sell, who you sell to.
- Currency · Locale
- So every financial figure shows in your currency, not a hardcoded $.
- Authority
- How much Knull can spend and act autonomously before asking you (the Agora cap — starts conservative).
- Connectors
- The accounts Knull may act through (optional now, addable anytime).
Why the authority step matters
Knull is autonomous by design, so it asks up front how much rope you want to give it. A conservative daily spend cap and "confirm before high-stakes actions" is the default — you raise it as trust builds. This is the dial between "do it all for me" and "ask me first."
