Knull itself

The Admin portal — the non-user-facing surface

Behind the product everyone sees, there's an internal control room at /admin. This is not for customers — it's how the Knull team runs the company. It's locked down hard: you must be a registered admin and have two-factor authentication (an authenticator app) enrolled, with a fresh code required every session. A red "Internal · Confidential" marker confirms you're on this surface.

Inside, the team sees:

  • Dashboard — the whole company at a glance: new signups, new paying customers, MRR, at-risk and churned accounts, and a health distribution across every org on the platform.
  • Orgs & Users — every account and the people in them, with health scores.
  • Content & Knull Queue — the review queues where AI-drafted content waits for human approval before publishing.
  • Growth, Marketplace, Cohorts, Prog. SEO — the commercial dashboards: experiments, marketplace activity, cohort retention, and the programmatic SEO page generator.

Five distinct admin roles exist — super admin, growth, finance, support, and analyst — so each team member sees only what their job needs. Every admin action is written to an immutable audit log that can't be edited or deleted, even by the database itself.

Why this matters to you, the customer
The same Brain that powers Knull's internal command centre is the one running your business. The company isn't selling you a tool it wouldn't use — it's selling you the tool it depends on.
