How Decision Inbox works

The Inbox is the operator's command surface. Each card states what Knull noticed, why it matters, what it proposes, what it would cost and what authority it needs. You approve, dismiss, snooze or delegate. Cards that a newer fact has already resolved are retired automatically, with the reason recorded.
